dreamy salty chocolate raspberry cookies
you will be "day-dreaming" about these cookies. seven sunday's & LMNT are two of my favorite brands. they are high quality & full of trustworthy ingredients. these cookies utilize the chocolate raspberry products from both brands to form an ultra-fudgy, delicious, & healthy cookie!
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Oil
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Butter
- 0.25 - 0.5 cup0.25 - 0.5 cup0.25 - 0.5 cup Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 111 Egg
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cacao Powder, Raw
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chocolate Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Chocolate Raspberry Salt - LMNT
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Day Dream Dark Chocolate Raspberry Nut Granola - Seven Sundays

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- to a saucepan, add coconut oil & melt over medium heat.
- transfer coconut oil to a bowl & allow to cool.
- add almond butter, monk fruit, egg, & vanilla extract to coconut oil; mix together using a hand mixer.
- in a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, cacao powder, protein powder, baking soda, & 1/2 packet of LMNT chocolate raspberry salt, then mix into wet ingredients.
- fold in day dream mix.
- place cookie dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- scoop out cookies using a small cookie scoop & top with remaining LMNT chocolate raspberry salt, then bake for 10-12 minutes.
- once done cooking, option to use a round object to get cookies into more of a circle shape.
- allow to cool & enjoy!
