Easy Chia Jam
This jam thickens up with the help of chia seeds! Chia seeds are high in soluble fiber, which has been shown to improve gut health.
Ingredients
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Strawberries, stems cut
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

- 1.3 Tbsp1.3 Tbsp1.3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

- Add berries to a heavy pot and heat to medium-high heat
- Add coconut sugar and salt
- Simmer over heat for about 7-10 minutes or until berries have cooked down
- Turn heat to low and carefully mash berries with a potato masher
- Add chia seeds and stir to combine
- Allow to simmer for another 5-7 minutes
- Allow to cool and store in fridge for up to one week
