Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 3-43-43-4 Medjool Dates, small, pitted and chopped
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Basil, Fresh, chopped

- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Stir to mix well.
- Cook HIGH 1-2 hours or LOW 2-3. You’ll know it’s done when the strawberries and dates are soft.
- Using an immersion blender, potato masher or even a spoon, mash the jam until it’s your desired consistency.
