Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix together the sourdough starter, water, flour, sugar and vanilla extract. Cover it and let it sit for an hour before rolling into cinnamon rolls.
  2. Once the dough has risen, roll out onto a floured surface. Melt butter and spread over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll and slice cinnamon rolls. Put in a dish and let them sit for an hour, covered.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake cinnamon rolls for 18-25 minutes.
  4. While the cinnamon rolls are cooling, make the frosting. Once cooled, ice and enjoy.
