- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

- 2 1/4 cup2 1/4 cup2 1/4 cup Chicken Stock

- In a medium size sauce pot, combine the flour and oil, and heat it on medium heat on the stovetop. Whisk the flour and oil together, and cook until it bubbles and becomes a thick roux, about 1 minute. Turn the heat down if it seems like the flour is cooking too quickly.
- Whisk in the packed of Primal Palate Taco and Fajita Seasoning, the tomato paste, and the chicken stock.
- Cook the sauce, stirring often, while it bubbles and thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- You can use the sauce immediately, or you can allow it to cool, and place in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for 5 days.
