Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Rinse the Brussels sprouts, and trim off the stem ends.
  2. Slice the sprouts thinly. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan, and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. About 2-3 minutes before finishing, sprinkle with our Adobo Seasoning.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite breakfast dishes!
