Easy No Churn Funfetti Ice Cream
This easy no churn funfetti ice cream is loaded with sprinkles and crushed Golden Oreos for a festive sweet treat. It comes together in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 396 gram396 gram396 gram Sweetened Condensed Milk, (14 ounce can)
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 480 gram480 gram480 gram Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream), cold (2 cups)
- 15 whole15 whole15 whole Golden Oreo, chopped
- 80 gram80 gram80 gram Sprinkles, (1/2 cup)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk and vanilla. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, using a handheld mixer or stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream on medium-high until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture.
- Gently fold in the Golden Oreos and sprinkles.
- Spread the ice cream in a freezer-safe resealable container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
Notes
Storage: Store in a freezer-safe container in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks.
