Easy Vegan Apple Loaf
Easy vegan apple loaf is definitely one of the most cozy desserts you can make for yourself this fall. - 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 - 3 whole2 - 3 whole2 - 3 whole organic Apple, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Walnuts, chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, plus more to top

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, add in all your wet ingredients and whisk well.
- Next, add in all dry ingredients and whisk together.
- Add and fold in apples, walnuts, and chocolate chips to the batter with a spatula.
- Pour batter to loaf pan, top with additional nuts and chocolate chips and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
Notes
How to store: Place in a container in the fridge for up to one week. Freeze for up to one month.
