This easy vegan apple pie yogurt parfait is the perfect single serve dessert! All you need is four simple ingredients and just five minutes to create this delicious and filling parfait.

  1. In a small glass, add in 4 teaspoons of vegan yogurt and spread out evenly.
  2. Layer on E.D.SMITH Apple Pie Filling on top of your yogurt.
  3. Top the pie filling with 3 teaspoons of yogurt, using a spoon to spread out the yogurt.
  4. Add remaining pie filling to the top of the glass.
  5. Optionally sprinkle with crushed walnuts and graham crackers and enjoy!
