This easy vegan apple pie yogurt parfait is the perfect single serve dessert! All you need is four simple ingredients and just five minutes to create this delicious and filling parfait.
Ingredients
- 7 tsp7 tsp7 tsp Kite Hill Vanilla Greek-style Yogurt, (4 tsp for bottom layer and 3 tsp for top layer) or vegan vanilla yogurt of choice
- .667 cup.667 cup.667 cup Prepared Apple Pie Filling, ED Smith brand (split between 2 layers)
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Organic Walnuts, crushed, (to top)
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Graham Crackers, Crushed, (to top)

- In a small glass, add in 4 teaspoons of vegan yogurt and spread out evenly.
