Easy Vegan Charcuterie Board (Edit recipe)

This easy vegan charcuterie board is the perfect appetizer or snack that will please any crowd. It's perfect to make when you have lots of guests, especially during holiday season. Charcuterie boards are so fun and innovative because you can add whatever you'd like to them and put your spin on it! For my charcuterie board, I love to add a mix of grapes and kiwis, vegan cheese, hummus and cream cheese dips, nuts, and delicious crackers and pita breads.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Start assembling your board by placing all the ramekins down first. I like to place them in a triangular shape on the board so it's even and there is room to put your other ingredients.
  2. Next, place your grapes and have them wrap around or go along one of your ramekins.
  3. Then, place your cheese, pita breads cut into small triangular pieces, your breadsticks, the mini pitettes, and mini bagels.
  4. Place your kiwi halves where there are any empty spaces.
  5. Lastly, add some walnuts or dried fruits in any small spaces so your board looks full.
  6. Enjoy!

Notes

Note: To store all these ingredients, simply place them back in the bags or containers they were in and keep until each respective best before date.
