Egg Salad Stuffed Avocados
Avocados topped with creamy egg salad
Ingredients
- 666 Eggs, hard boiled
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Mayonnaise, (use compliant mayo if on Whole30)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Spicy Brown Mustard
- pinch pinch pinch Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt, to taste
- 222 Avocado, sliced in half
- Green Onion (Scallion), thinly sliced
- pinch pinch pinch Everything Bagel Seasoning (Noble Made)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl and mix together well
- Next crush the eggs to your preferred texture, using your method of choice
- Then combine crushed eggs and mayo mixture to form a creamy salad
- Add salad to the avocado halves and garnish with your favorite toppings
