Everything But the Bagel Cauliflower Nuggets
Crispy and savory, these Everything But the Bagel Cauliflower Nuggets are a paleo and gluten-free snack packed with flavor and perfect for game day munching!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Egg
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Milk
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Everything Nut Crumbs

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Wash and chop your cauliflower into bite sized pieces
- In a bowl combine the egg and almond milk and mix until combined.
- In another bowl add the Nut Crumbs
- Add your cauliflower florets one at a time to the egg mixture and then to the nut crumbs, lightly coating in the nut mixutre
- Place on a parchment sheet lined baking pan and repeat until all cauliflower is coated
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy
