stacked with red, white, & blue — these skillet nachos are bringing the fireworks 💥

starting with crispy beef tallow masa chips, then layering on:
đź”´ victory veggies (peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes)
⚪ liberty lava (protein-packed cottage cheese queso)
🔵 blueberry BOOM chicken (with a sugar-free blueberry bbq sauce)

finished with a sprinkle of freedom flakes (bacon + red pepper flakes) 🔥

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

red: victory veggies

  1. to a skillet, saute peppers & onions until tender.
  2. slice up cherry tomatoes & set aside until ready to serve.

white: liberty lava (protein queso)

  1. in a food processor, add all ingredients, except water.
  2. transfer liberty lava (protein queso) + water to a sauce pan & simmer until thickens or until remaining ingredients are prepared.

blue: blueberry BOOM chicken

  1. in a bowl, whisk together jam, bbq sauce, vinegar, monk fruit, starch, & seasonings.
  2. in a separate bowl, add chicken, salt, & pepper.
  3. heat a large skillet with a little fat of choice, then add chicken & cook for 5-6 minutes.
  4. pour bbq blueberry sauce on top of chicken & simmer for 8-10 minutes or until sauce thickens; adding any additional water as needed.

building your nachos

  1. to a plate or bowl, layer: independence chips → victory veggies → blueberry BOOM chicken → liberty lava → freedom flakes (bacon + red pepper flakes).
