Drippy Cheeseburgers
Ok you guys these Drippy Cheeseburgers were so good we made 2 days in a row! So simple and so incredibly tasty. Drippy cheese adds the perfect cheesy accompaniment and honestly makes these burgers one of the best I've ever had. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper

- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Red Onion, minced
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, I use plant based
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Original Cheese Dip - Drippy Dip, or whichever flavor you prefer

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium large mixing bowl add your ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, olive oil, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce and mix together by hand thoroughly.
- Split your beef in half so you have roughly a half a pound each. Then split into quarters and form your patties.
- Lay two of your patties on a plate and press your thumb into the middle creating a depression. Fill the depression with your Drippy cheese of choice and place another patty on top.
- Pinch along the sides of both patties to ensure a seal for your cheese.
- Season the tops of both drippy burgers with salt and pepper and now they're ready for the grill. Grill until you reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees or your desired level of doneness.
- Dress your Drippy burger with some extra drippy cheese and your choice of toppings. I personally love red onion slices and tomato. Now it's time to devour those burgers!
Notes
This recipe is made for 1 lb of beef which will create 2 drippy burgers for 4 burgers simply double this recipe.
