Flourless Cherry Chocolate Chip Muffins
These Flourless Cherry Chocolate Chip Muffins are an easy one bowl recipe! Made with just a few simple ingredients and sweetened naturally thanks to overripe bananas, these muffins are gluten-free and grain-free with only 2 tablespoons of added sugar in the entire batch.

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Butter
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, overripe
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Fresh Cherries, chopped
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Dark Chocolate, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep a. muffin pan.
- In a bowl, beat together bananas and almond butter until smooth.
- Add eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and baking soda.
- Stir to combine.
- Add in cherries and dark chocolate.
- Fill each muffin tin 3/4 way full.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Add more maple syrup if bananas are not overly ripe. The sweetness comes from the ripeness of the bananas!
