Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Simply prep the fruit by removing peel/skin.
- Using a knife, shape fruit into rectangles.
- Use crinkle cutter to slice fruit into fries.
- Place freeze dried strawberries in a blender or food processor until it turns into a fine powder.
- Using either a stand mixer or hand held mixer, whip all ingredients on high speed until the whipped cream is thick and fluff, don’t overbeat.
Notes
Make sure whipping cream is cold and fresh - not close to expiration. Subs: For dip, feel free to use greek yogurt for added protein or coconut cream to make it dairy-free! To make it vegan, sub honey for pure maple syrup.
