Fruit Fries with Strawberry Dip

My viral fruit tray is crunchy, sweet, and delicious! Fruit fries dipped in a mouthwatering strawberry dip. We have this spread on repeat in the spring/summer and you should too!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Pineapple
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Watermelon
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Cantaloupe
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Honeydew melon
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream), organic
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Strawberries
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Simply prep the fruit by removing peel/skin.
- Using a knife, shape fruit into rectangles.
- Use crinkle cutter to slice fruit into fries.
- In a blender, add in all strawberry dip ingredients. You can blend until whipped cream has formed or add liquid to a bowl and use a hand mixer as I prefer.
Notes
Subs: For dip, feel free to use greek yogurt for added protein or coconut cream to make it dairy-free! To make it vegan, sub honey for pure maple syrup
