My apple fries tray is crunchy, sweet, and delicious! Fruit fries dipped in a mouthwatering caramel dip. Dairy-tree and refined sugar free, we have this spread on repeat and you should too!

  • 8 whole organic Apple, I used four different varieties of apples (Granny Smith, Pink Lady/Gala, Golden Delicious, and Cosmic Crisps - you can use any you like!)
  • Honey Caramel

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Simply prep the apples by washing them. Use a crinkle cutter to slice apples into fries.
  2. Take a couple bowls of water and make an apple soak with 1 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Allow apples to soak for 10 minutes and then rinse. This will prevent the apples from browing and look fresh for hours! You will not taste the salt after rinsing.
  4. When ready to serve, make caramel sauce by combining all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  5. Bring to a bowl and allow to simmer until mixture thickens into caramel, about 30 minutes. Whisk or stir often.
  6. Arrange apples onto a flat plate and serve with caramel sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
