mineral rich bone broth
homemade bone broth… aka liquid gold for your body! 🦴🧬✨
here are just a few nutrient standouts that make this broth so special:
🦴 protein + collagen + gelatin: provide amino acids like glycine + proline that your body uses to build proteins & maintain tissues.
🌊 seaweed + minerals: seaweed can add iodine, an essential mineral for thyroid hormone production, along with other trace minerals depending on the variety. your body needs minerals for everything from fluid balance to nerve signaling & muscle function!
🥕 veggie scraps: add flavor, contribute plant compounds, & are a great way to use up leftover veggies while reducing food waste.
🍲 a nourishing foundation: use in soups, stews, sauces, grains, & braises for extra flavor in every bite. ✨
