Fruit Rollups
Still have Halloween candy left? Chuck that fruit roll up with all those food dyes and sugars, and make these fruit leathers instead!
🍓 The best part?? All you need is some fruit (and think about all the different combinations you can make!) with some lemon juice for pop ✨. Such a great source of vitamin C, and an easy way to get your kids to have fruit instead of candy.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend til smooth.
- Pour fruit mixture into a small pot. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes until warm (this step helps the fruit dehydrate in a shorter amount of time).
- Line a baking sheet or dehydrator pan with parchment paper. Pour your pureed fruit onto the parchment paper and spread it flat with a tiny bit thicker at the edges so they don't burn.
- Set your dehydrator to 140F for 6 hours (ours is just a dehydrator setting in our toaster oven but you can also just bake at this temperature in a regular oven for 8 hours.) Check on your fruit leather to make sure it's done (it will be dry to the touch and flat).
- Peel off your parchment paper, roll into a tight spiral, and cut into pieces using a pizza cutter or strong knife. Enjoy!
