Ingredients
- 111 Almond Flour Vanilla Cupcake and Cake Mix - Simple Mills
- 111 Chocolate Frosting - Simple Mills
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Grain-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies - Hu
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sprinkles, Chocolate, dye-free
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Baking Chocolate Chips, Melt with 1/4 tsp coconut oil
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup White Chocolate, Melt with 1/4 tsp coconut oil
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- After making your cupcakes with a mix and letting them cool, smooth on your chocolate frosting. Add mini cookies for the ears and mouth. Cover frosting in chocolate sprinkles. With a spoon and then toothpick, add a dab of white chocolate for the eyes, and then a dab of milk chocolate on top for the pupils. Finally, using a toothpick, add 2 dots of milk chocolate on the mouth cookies for nostrils, and a chocolate smile. Enjoy!
