Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Sometimes canned coconut milk separates into water and the cream. If this has happened to you, pour the cococnut milk into a sauce pot and gently heat until the coconut milk is combined
  2. Once the coconut milk is mixed well, add the maple syrup, cocoa powder and salt and mix until well incorporated and mixed. Pour the fudgesicle mixture into six popsicle molds (or little cups) and place a wooden popiscle stick in the middle of each one. If using little cups such as a Dixie cup, you may need to wait until the mixture is semi-frozen and then place a wooden popsicle stick in the middle. If you are adding anything to the fudgesicles, right now is the time to do that.
  3. Place the mold into the freezer and freeze for about two hours. Enjoy!
