Give me cottage cheese and I’ll give you a funfetti dip but make it (semi) healthy and with some protein. 🎉

🩷 This dip is a MUST make (my daughter called it a REPEAT RECIPE) and it's a cross between Dunkaroos and funfetti dip.

My version has no protein powder because I know a lot of people don’t want protein powder added into everything (you’re welcome) but this is more of a healthier treat and lower in carbs since I used powdered sugar with monk fruit.

The taste is incredible and goes well with graham crackers, fruit, or just by the spoonful (I don’t judge). Who is making this!?

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend the cottage cheese with an immersion blender until smooth (optional but it helps with a better texture).
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Serve immediately or store in fridge. Will last 3-5 days in fridge.

Notes

Double or triple this if you're serving at a party. You don't need a lot at a time as it is pretty sweet! Servings are about 3 TBS.
