Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy*, roughly chop it, and set it aside.
  2. Fill a medium pot with water and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the drained and rinsed hearts of palm noodles and boil for about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set the noodles aside.
  4. In a large skillet on medium-low heat, add olive oil and garlic. Saute the garlic until it is soft and slightly brown but not burnt, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the capers, tomatoes, lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Toss in the pasta and crumbled bacon. Continue cooking for 4-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
  7. Add the basil and stir to combine everything thoroughly.
  8. Serve in bowls.

Notes

*Bacon can be cooked in the air fryer, oven, or a pan on the stovetop.
