Gluten-free Avocado Toast with Spicy Soft Boiled Egg
Spice up classic avocado toast with perfectly soft boiled eggs, our Citrus Stir Fry seasoning, bacon, chives, and a splash of Sriracha. Avocado toast will never be the same again.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Gluten-free Bread
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Turkey Bacon, cooked until crispy
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, thinly sliced
- 222 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chives, finely chopped
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Primal Palate Kosher Flake Salt
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Citrus Stir Fry Seasoning, +/- one quarter tsp per slice of toast
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sriracha, or other hot sauce

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
To Soft Boil the eggs
- Add 1" of water to a saucepan or pot, set over high heat until boiling. Add refrigerator-cold eggs to the boiling water. cover with a lid and boil for exactly 6 minutes.
- Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath to half the cooking. Once cooled, you can peel them.
To make the avocado toast
- Cook the bacon (turkey or regular bacon) until crispy in a pan. Allow to cool slightly, then chop or crumble.
- Toast the gluten-free bread to your liking in a toaster.
- Thinly slice an avocado, using half for each piece of toast.
- Place the sliced avocado on the toast. Top with a soft boiled egg, sliced down the middle and split open.
- Top with crumbled bacon, minced chives, flaky kosher salt, Citrus Stir Fry seasoning, and a generous drizzle of sriracha.
