- Let your butter soften on the counter and your eggs come to room temperature.
- Once the butter is softened, add to the bowl of your stand mixer along with granulated sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla bean paste, and almond extract. Mix on high for 1-2 minutes or until fluffy and light in color.
- Whisk flour, almond flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
