Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400u00b0F (200u00b0C).
  2. Slice the chicken breast into thin cutlets that fit snugly on your slider rolls.
  3. Prep your dipping stations! In one bowl, whisk the egg whites. In another bowl, get your breadcrumbs ready.
  4. Dunk each chicken cutlet in the egg whites. Then, roll them in the breadcrumbs, making sure they get a nice, even coating.
  5. Line up your breaded chicken in your air fryer basket.
  6. Set your air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. While your chicken sizzles, toast your slider rolls if you prefer them warm and fluffy. Prepare your lettuce and pickle slices, getting ready to assemble your sliders.
  8. Once the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two.
  9. Build your sliders!
