Gluten Free Tuna Melt

This simple recipe works great with any bread, but it's easily made gluten free with your favorite gluten free bread of choice.

- Toast the bagel or bread to your desired toastiness. Remove from the toaster.
- Open and drain a can of your favorite tuna. Mix together with chopped scallions and mayo, adding more mayo if you prefer a creamier tuna salad. Want it a little spicy? Add a few shakes of hot sauce into the mix.
- Scoop the tuna mixture onto the toast, then add a couple of slices of muenster cheese on top.
- Place back into the toaster on some tin foil (to catch anything that may fall), or place into a preheated 375° oven until the cheese melts.
- Enjoy warm!
