- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pine Nuts, toasted

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Honey

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Champagne Vinegar
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Thyme, Fresh

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Dredge the sliced roll pieces in the melted butter and lay them flat on the sheet pan. Place in the oven and bake for 9 minutes. The crostini should be golden brown but not burnt.
- In a medium skillet on medium heat, add about 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, the sliced onions, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Continue cooking until the onions are caramelized, stirring occasionally to keep them from burning.

Notes
When baking the sliced rolls, they toast on the bottom first, so be careful not to overbake them.
