Golden milk / Turmeric Latte

Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp ground Ginger
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Palm Sugar, Sweetener of choice
- 3 pinch3 pinch3 pinch Black Pepper, Freshly ground

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add the cup of milk into a saucepan
- Add the turmeric, ginger and grind some fresh black pepper
- Let it all boil and then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add the coconut palm sugar or honey right before serving
- And enjoy your warm or hot cup of your golden milk/latte
Notes
To make it vegan use any nut or plant based milk by boiling the ingredients in 1/4 cup of water and making a tea of it, and then top up with plant based milk and just warm it up. Don’t boil any plant based milk like regular milk. You can alternatively microwave the milk and add it to the boiled spiced turmeric tea.
