Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F
  2. Lay down 3 tortillas overlapping in a casserole dish. Or do 4, I don’t care.
  3. Combine the cream cheese and pico and stir well
  4. Spoon 1/2 cup of this mixture on top of the tortillas and smooth out
  5. Pinch apart half the ground beef and place the bite sized pieces on top of the pico mixture
  6. Sprinkle half the taco seasoning, or more, I’m not the seasoning police
  7. Top with half the shredded cheese or don’t. I’m tired
  8. Repeat all steps if I haven’t offended you enough by using dairy and then bake for 45 minutes
  9. Serve with a smile or a scowl, depending on how bad your attitude is that day
