Ingredients

  • 10-12 oz Carrots, mixed veggies of your choice (mine had, broccoli, and cauliflower), frozen
  • 10-12 oz White Mushrooms, frozen
  • 1 Kielbasa, Pederson’s sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 32 oz Tomato, boxed creamy soup 
  • .5 cup Basmati Rice, uncooked

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large skillet, pour all ingredients
  2. Stir and cover
  3. Cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked through
  4. Serve
