  1. Add all ingredients for the pesto into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. To a pan over medium heat, add the olive oil, cabbage, and zucchini and cook, stirring frequently, for 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the pasta and pesto to the pan. Stir to combine.
