Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl or zip-top bag, combine olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, brown sugar, oregano, basil, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake to mix well.
  2. With a sharp knife or kitchen shears, remove any excess fat or tough parts from the chicken breasts.
  3. Add the chicken to the bowl or bag, making sure it’s fully coated. Cover or seal, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but no more than 12.
  4. Let the chicken sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before grilling. Grill over medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the internal temp reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Internal temp should reach 165°F before serving—always use a meat thermometer for best results.10
