Grilled Peach & Steak Salad
Grilled steak is a summertime must, but if you've never grilled your peaches you are missing out! Perfectly paired with a simple honey Dijon vinaigrette for a mouth of summer flavor in each bite
Ingredients
- 14 oz14 oz14 oz Beef Large NY Strip Steak - US Wellness Meats

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Peaches
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Baby Spinach
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pickled Onions
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Steak Seasoning - Primal Palate

- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Honey

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Black Pepper

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat grill or cast iron over medium heat and melt butter
- Once hot, place seasoned steak over cast iron, place the lid on top, and cook for 6 minutes
- After 6 minutes, lower heat, flip, and cook another 4 with the lid on
- Remove from heat after minutes and let rest for 5-6 minutes before slicing
- *these cooking times were for a large thick cut 14oz steak. Adjust cooking time for your steak size*
- Slice peaches, drizzle with a touch of olive oil, and throw them on the grill or skillet for about 3 minutes
- Assemble over greens, pickled onions, and pumpkin seeds
- For the vinagerette combine everything in a mason jar, shake, and serve
- Store dressing in the fridge tightly sealed for later use
