Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Defrost shrimp ( if frozen - I always buy frozen as they are freshest).
  2. Washing is optional ( I always do) and pat dry.
  3. Peel and de-vein if neccessary.
  4. Add your oil, garlic and seasonings.
  5. Cover and store in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
  6. If you want to cook them right away, go ahead and do so.
  7. On the grill, pre-heat to 500F.
  8. Start placing your shrimp on the skewers.
  9. If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak in water for 15-20 to prevent them from burning.
  10. Before placing your shrimp on the grill, reduce to medium heat.
  11. Place your skewers on the grill and cook for 2 mins on each side flipping only once.
  12. Remove and just before serving, squeeze lemon juice with on top.
