Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Defrost shrimp ( if frozen - I always buy frozen as they are freshest).
  2. Washing is optional ( I always do) and pat dry.
  3. Peel and de-vein if neccessary.
  4. Add your oil, garlic and seasonings.
  5. Cover and store in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
  6. If you want to cook them right away, go ahead and do so.
  7. On the grill, pre-heat to 500F.
  8. Start placing your shrimp on the skewers.
  9. If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak in water for 15-20 to prevent them from burning.
  10. Before placing your shrimp on the grill, reduce to medium heat.
  11. Place your skewers on the grill and cook for 2 mins on each side flipping only once.
  12. Remove and just before serving, squeeze lemon juice with on top.
