Guilt Free Peanut Butter Cup Bars
No refined sugar, no gluten, no junk! And some protein? Yes, please. We all deserve to enjoy a peanut butter cup! ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Peanut Butter, Creamy, No Sugar Added, Natural

- 222 Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein, FlavCity is my favorite
- 5 Tbsp5 Tbsp5 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, My favorite is the Just Date Organic Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
- Mix very well until fully combined. Use those muscles!
- Place the batter in a small baking dish lined with parchment paper, similar size to a loaf pan.
- Press the batter down with your hands so it's evenly distributed in the baking dish.
- Make the chocolate topping by adding the chocolate chips to a small saucepan.
- Heat the pan over low heat.
- Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are all melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over the bars and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for several hours until the bars are firm.
- Remove from the baking dish and carefully cut into desired bar size.
- ENJOY!
