Hidden Veggie Donuts
Why not add vegetables to your kids favorite donuts! My kids had no idea and they loved everybody of therm! Plus, when you let them add their own sprinkles, it makes them love them even more! You have to try these with your kids! I promise they will love!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Carrots
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Agave Nectar Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Powdered Sugar, Grain-Free
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Almond Milk

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- In your blender, add all of your ingredients. Blend until everything is mixed.
- Pour into a doughnut pan and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Once they have cooled, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
- If you decide to use the glaze, just whisk the ingredients together and dip the donuts in! Adjust the amount based on how thick or how thin you want the glaze to be.
