Hidden Veggie Mac and Cheese
This Mac and cheese is so fun because it’s green like a dinosaur, making your kids very interested. The only thing they don’t know is that green is creating by veggies! My kids loved this Mac and cheese so much!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Macaroni Pasta, Cooked

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cauliflower, Steamed
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Broccoli, Steamed
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Egg
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Milk

- 8 Tbsp8 Tbsp8 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted

- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First, be sure your pasta is cooked. Set aside.
- Add the steamed broccoli, cauliflower, eggs and milk to a blender. Blend until everything is mixed together.
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the green sauce, butter, shredded cheese and salt. Stir together until everything is melted together. Add more salt if desired.
- Stir in pasta.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
I used almond milk for this recipe, but you can use any milk of choice
