High Protein Bagels + Homemade Jam
These high-protein breakfast bagels are the perfect morning item to have on hand for those busy weekdays. Plus, we made a homemade jam to go with it, and it was perfect.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Plums
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cane Sugar with Monk Fruit - Lakanto

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

- For the bagels:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- And a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix until the dough is formed. You roll your dough into mini bagels. Place on a pan with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil or butter to get that crisp, golden brown topping.
- Placing the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the jam:
- Chop your plums, or your choice of fruit. Add to a sauce pan. Mix in your sugar and lemon juice.
- Place pan over medium heat and cook until you can mash it up to make the jam.
- Place in an airtight container, and put in the fridge to let it thicken.
- Top your bagels and enjoy!
