High Protein Buttercream Frosting
How fun are the ice cream cone cupcakes. Grab your favorite cake mix or brownie mix, make it’s like the box says so, and pour them into ice cream cones. Top them with this high protein, buttercream frosting, and you will have the perfect afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Butter, Unsalted

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Powdered Sugar
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

- Soften your butter.
- In a mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, vanilla, protein powder, and butter. Mix together until your frosting is made. You can use a handheld mixer for this.
- Top your cupcakes once they’re cooled down. Dip in sprinkles!
