High Protein Reese’s Eggs
Only 5 ingredients! High protein, gluten and dairy free, and with a "Reese's pieces stuffed" option, too! Using dye free chocolate gems of course!

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted*
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Unreal Chocolate Gems, *
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, For coating
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, For coating

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine pb mixture together and press into silicone mold, mix in chocolate gems, freeze for 30-60min, then dip in melted chocolate / coconut oil mixture, and place on parchment paper until chocolate hardens
- Enjoy!
- Keep stored in the fridge
Notes
If your peanut butter is not very creamy / drippy you may need more melted coconut oil I used Yum earth brand dye free chocolate gems here. Unreal snacks is another great dye free brand
