High Protein Remoulade Sauce
This was a 10 minute dinner. You can use pre made burgers or even chicken. But for ours, I used safe catch’s new tuna burger. These turned out so good. The secret, is the high protein remoulade sauce. So easy and delicious! This sauce made it so good!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Horseradish

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Dill Relish
- 1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and stir together until your remoulade sauce is made.
- Top your burger with it before wrapping it in the puff pastry.
- It makes for a delicious burger.
Notes
These burgers are wrapped in puff pastry and baked at 350 for about 8 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. I cooked the burgers before wrapping them up!
