Ingredients

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Tuna Burgers - Safe Catch
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hummus
- 2 - 4 whole2 - 4 whole2 - 4 whole Kalamata Olives
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Roma Tomato
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Microgreens
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Organic Balsamic Glaze

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Wash and clean the mushrooms and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
- bake until tender at 375F (about 20 min)
- Cook tuna burgers per directions on package
- Layer Ingredients together to build the burger
- Mushrooms, bruger, hummus, olives, tomato, greens and balsamic
