while this technically isn’t authentic chorizo, this homemade version is bold, smoky, & wildly flavorful — and hands-down my favorite protein to throw into burrito bowls, taco salads, breakfast tacos, or any mexican-inspired situation 🌮🔥 to me, it’s like taco meat’s smokier, spicier (dare i say… tastier 😉) older cousin. same cantina vibes, just leveled up! make it with ground pork, beef, chicken, turkey — or mix & match. super versatile, meal-prep friendly, & guaranteed to make your kitchen smell incredible.
