Homemade Magnum Bars
This little treat is small, but mighty. They’re packed with protein, healthy fats and a whole lot of deliciousness. They taste just as good, if not better than the store bought ones. Plus, you can add whatever flavors you want to make them custom to your family’s likings!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Or Vanilla
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup, Optional

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

- In a blender, add your banana, yogurt, heavy whipping cream, make syrup and peanut butter. Blend until creamy.
- Pour into your popsicle mold. Freeze.
- Once frozen, melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil. Dip the ice cream bars in the chocolate. Top with a crushed nut.
- Let the chocolate harden. Enjoy
