This 4 ingredient treat took me less than 15 minutes to make and was perfect for when the oldest got home from school. He loved it too! It was the perfect snack to keep him full until dinner.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a mixing bowl, add your peanut butter and protein powder. Mix together until it’s a cookie dough texture. I added dye free chocolate m&ms for fun, but you don’t have to. Set aside.
  2. Melt your chocolate. Set aside.
  3. On a piece of parchment paper, lay half of your pretzels out. Roll a small piece of the cookie dough and place on top of the pretzel. Add another pretzel to make a sandwich. Dip half in chocolate and cover in sprinkles (optional).
  4. Let the chocolate harden and enjoy!

Notes

You don’t have to put sprinkles. You could add sea salt or even crushed nuts. The possibilities are endless!
