My morning coffee is one of the best parts of the day! This latte has become my latest hyperfixation. I love that the honey provides sweetness, while also containing beneficial nutrients so I can feel good about adding it to my morning routine. Collagen in coffee has been a game changer for me, you can’t taste it and it boosts the nutrients even more. Pair with some quality grass fed milk, and this drink is a super food!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add honey and cinnamon to the bottom of your coffee cup
  2. Pour you brewed espresso or coffee over the top
  3. Add collagen in, and mix everything to combine
  4. Froth milk (I love using my Nespresso aerocinno)
  5. Pour on top, and enjoy!
