Gut Friendly BBQ Chicken Flatbread
This BBQ chicken flatbread is a super easy and flavorful recipe. Kefir and Einkorn flour make the flatbread super gut friendly, and using a probiotic sour cream amps it up even more!
this is the recipe for a single flatbread, but feel free to double, triple, or even quadruple it!

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Smoky BBQ Sauce - Noble Made
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Bell Pepper and Onion Blend, Frozen
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sour Cream, Good culture probiotic

- 1.75 cups1.75 cups1.75 cups Einkorn Flour
- 0.75 cups0.75 cups0.75 cups Kefir, Plain, Grass Fed
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- For the flatbread:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Combine all ingredients and knead until a smooth dough forms
- Divide into about 4 equal pieces and roll into flatbread shape
- Pre bake for about 10 minutes until cooked through but not golden.
- Sauté peppers and onion mix, add rotisserie chicken and bbq sauce.
- Add sour cream to flatbread base along with 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce
- Add chicken and pepper mixture on top
- Bake for about 7 minutes at 350F
Notes
I like to bake my flatbreads ahead and freeze them, then when I am ready to bake I thaw them out in the fridge and pop them in the oven with the toppings!
