  1. Preheat oven to 400u00b0
  2. Mix meatball ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Then roll into balls.
  3. You can either pan fry first in a little oil and then continue baking in the oven, or place directly on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. While meatballs are cooking, mix together sauce ingredients in a large skillet. Heat to simmering. Lower heat and continue stirring until the sauce is thickened.
  5. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat. Keep heat on low/warm until ready to serve, or serve immediately.
  6. Serve meatballs & sauce over noodles, rice/cauli rice, quinoa or crunchy lettuce.
