Iced Vanilla Milk w/ Chia Seeds
This ICED VANILLA MILK w/ CHIA SEEDS may not look like much, but it sure packs a lot of nutrition in one little glass! Chia seeds are full of fiber, healthy fats & are a great source for tryptophan & protein. #brainfood- To mix things up a bit, I added some collagen too - trying to up my protein! Grab that frother & give it a try! Depending on the milk you use, there is roughly: 13g of protein, 8g of fiber and while the chia seeds do add carbs, we all know that carbs are not created equally!
